Lovify is a mobile relationship application designed specifically for couples. The App allows one paired couple to interact, play relationship quizzes, participate in connection games, and customize digital rooms.

2. Account Registration and Account Security

To use Lovify, you must register for an account using a valid authentication method (such as Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Because Lovify is designed exclusively for a private 1-to-1 couple connection, you agree not to misrepresent your identity or attempt to connect with unauthorized accounts.

3. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of Lovify, including premium quiz packages, advanced gameplay loops, and exclusive digital room designs, are gated behind paid tiers (“Premium Features”).
* All financial transactions, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are securely processed exclusively through the Google Play Billing system.
* By purchasing a Premium Feature, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified inside the App at the time of purchase.
* We do not collect, store, or process your credit card, banking, or payment instrument details directly. All payment data is managed securely by Google Play.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, graphics, UI design, quiz questions, and functionality inside the App and Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Mindsets Ventures Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or compromises the privacy and safety of other users.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
