Lovify (“Lovify“, “we“, “us” or “our“) is owned, operated, and maintained by Mindsets Ventures Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Most importantly:
- We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own advertising, marketing, or other commercial purposes.
- We only process your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Lovify mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service“).

Note on Financial Data: No credit card numbers, banking details, or billing addresses are processed or stored on our servers. All transactions and subscription payments are securely handled by Google Play Billing (or Apple App Store), who act as independent data controllers for financial transactions.
3. How & Why We Use Your Data
- Operate the Service — authenticate you, show quizzes, sync game progress between paired partners.
- Process Purchases — verify in-app purchases and manage premium subscription statuses.
- Improve & Debug — monitor crashes and aggregate feature-usage to prioritize fixes.
- Communicate — send important service-related emails (e.g., account recovery, critical updates). Marketing emails are strictly opt-in and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
We process this data under clear legal bases: performance of a contract (to run the app features you use), legitimate interests (such as app security and analytics), and compliance with applicable legal and financial regulations in India.
4. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
We have never sold user data and never will. We do not disclose personal data to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for their independent use. Limited data may be processed by trusted Service Providers—solely to help us run Lovify under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep Personal Data only as long as you have an active Lovify account or as required to comply with our statutory financial or legal obligations in India.
If you delete your account from within the mobile app settings, we permanently erase your account details, identifiers, and gameplay history from our live databases. Subscription metadata may be kept as a pseudonymised audit log for up to 90 days strictly to handle billing disputes or chargebacks.
6. International Transfers & Local Compliance
Our servers are hosted in secure cloud data centers, including structures in the European Union and India. For our users in India, we handle data in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for secure processing of digital merchant services.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or permanently erase your data via our self-service deletion option inside the app.

8. Children’s Privacy
Lovify is designed as a platform for couples and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We implement industry-standard cryptographic and technical controls, including HTTPS transit encryption, least-privilege server access controls, and regular database security reviews to safeguard your private room data.
10. Changes to This Policy
Mindsets Ventures Private Limited reserves the right to update this policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. If we make material modifications, we will notify you via an in-app notice or email at least 14 days before the terms take effect.
